Brian Davis: So today we’re just hanging on for a couple minutes today, it’s going to be very different from our usual weekly live broadcast because we are hosting to live webinars today, one at 2:00 p.m. Eastern, which is what we normally broadcast this broadcast live with your video on Facebook and one at 8:00 p.m. Eastern tonight. And we’re going to show you how to use unsecured business credit lines and credit cards for as a real estate investor for real estate investment. And you don’t need to have some other separate business aside from being a real estate investor, to open these credit lines and credit cards. Being an investor is enough. So, again, 2:00 p.m. Eastern today, 8:00 p.m. Eastern today.
Brian Davis: And then we’ll will put both of those registration links in the comments here. And what we’re going to go over with you is we’re going to show you how to open between $50.000,00 and $250.000,00 worth of unsecured business credit cards and credit lines that you can use for things like a down payment for your next investment property. Or you can use the credit lines and credit cards to the cash purchase. You don’t have to mess around with a mortgage at all, which comes with all kinds of perks. Just letting you negotiate better deals, letting you settle faster sellers love cash offers and you can make a cash offer if you can pull the cash out of a business credit, but could also use these credit lines and credit cards for renovation expenses for direct mail campaigns. If you want to ramp up your direct mail campaigns or really any other related expense as a real estate investor, anything that you have in mind to scale your business and invest in more rental properties or foot more houses and scale up that velocity of money as an investor?
Deni Supplee: And in some this, Brian, is it possible that these are low interest rate 0?
Brian Davis: Yes, actually, that is a great point. So the the company that we are partnering with to bring you this webinar, they will what they try to do is they try to find you introductory offers with 0% approval. And that is that could be for the first 6 months, for the first year, even up to the first 18 months. So you would pay no interest during that period on these credit lines or credit cards.
Brian Davis: And they also show you how to pull cash off of your credit cards without drawing it as a cash advance, which comes with several benefits, cash advance. First of all, we gave a cash advance, but also many credit cards have a lower limit on cash advances than they do for the 4 credit limit. So we’re going to talk about how to get around that today as well. So be there, be square or grandparents.
